"Cellular and Genetic Etiology, Diagnosis and Treatment of Human Disease"
of the Medical School, University of Crete, one of the country's premiere Medical School.

The graduate program is based on the Medical School of the University of Crete and is located side by side to the 800 bed University Hospital and the Schools of Biology, Physics and Chemistry of the University of Crete along with the internationally known Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology of the Foundation for Research and Technology (FORTH). The proximity of these institutions brings an impressive diversity of research opportunities for our Graduate Program and outstanding faculty and research facilities. In addition to internationally researchers in Greece the program includes in its faculty investigators from respectable institutions abroad thus providing the opportunity for selected students to pursue part of their studies overseas.
